A small bronze dragon flies infront of the stranger and shakes her head. "Nope. Gale isn't here. He's in that town down the road."

Gale walks up to the children and watches one run away. "Now kids, adults like me are generally annoyed with brats like you. However we tolerate you. But when you start bullying another kid I get pissed. Now I'd suggest you play nice and leave him alone or deal with me. Do you brats understand?"
